In order to log in you need to register first. Afterwards, or if you are registered already you need to verify with one of our terminals. To verify your moneyslex account please log in to Second Life and teleport to our moneyslex verification terminal at

Once there enter, as described in your verification e-mail, your verification code into the chat as follows /456 verify 'your verification code'
Pleas note, the chat-range is 24 meters. You need to stand close enough to the terminal for ensuring verification will work. If you need additional help with the verification of your avatar please contact our support via e-mail or IM Milz Yue in-world.

| Is moneyslex safe? |
|
Yes, moneyslex runs Linden Labs` RISK-API to check all transactions for fraud as a precaution.
All saved Data and other transaction information is stored and saved within a self developed security system.

| I was asked to send a copy of my Passport, ID or drivers` license. Why is that neccessary? |
|
In some cases we ask for additional verification data. This is a security check, we will NOT use the information for any other purposes than the moneyslex account verification process. If asked for your ID or other type of identification please send it to risk@moneyslex.com. In most cases we can accept pictures taken with a camera or a scanner.

|
Second Life avatars with an 'age' under 30 days are limited to 10000 SLL.
For new customers the limit within the first 4 weeks is 100,000 SLL
After the 4 weeks period it is 100,000 SLL per day.

The VI Gold Card enables you to sell your Linden dollars directly within Second Life.

| How can i transfer my Linden dollars to moneyslex ? |
|
You can transfer the Linden dollars via one of our inworld terminals on Frankfurt West. Teleport to moneyslex headquarters ( http://slurl.com/secondlife/Frankfurt%20West%202/27/20/21 )
and touch one of the terminals you wish to use. Then enter the amount you wish to sell in L$ currency and confirm. After the payment is completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
You can use the moneyslex` VI Gold Card to transfer your Linden dollars to us without leaving Second Life. If you don`t own a VI Gold Card yet you can order one, free of charge, in your moneyslex account management section.

Your payment was declined because it didn`t pass the Linden Labs` risk evaluation.

| How can i get a moneyslex inworld Terminal? |
|
You can find our terminals in our headquarters on Frankfurt West.
Our Second Life moneyslex inworld Terminals are available in many locations. In order to get a moneyslex Terminal package you just have to click on one of our terminals and select the option "free ATM" in the blue dialogue window in the top right corner.
